We'll verify it's your account and delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your profile (garden name, the line about you, date of birth, email).
Every answer you've planted.
Every leaf and its contents — poems, art, songs, work, your real name, and any photo you uploaded.
All of your conversations and the messages in them.
Every grant that opened one of your leaves to someone, in both directions.
Your sign-in credentials (your authentication account).
What is kept, and for how long
We don't keep a copy of your content after deletion. Two narrow exceptions, kept only as long as needed:
If you were reported for a safety or policy reason, a minimal safety record (the report and the action taken) may be retained to protect other people and meet legal obligations.
Routine, non-content system backups and logs may persist for a short period before rotating out (typically within 30 days), after which they are overwritten.
This page describes how account deletion works today. The in-app "Delete the garden" action and this email route both lead to the same permanent removal of your data.
